Philip M. Lustbader was born in Newark, New Jersey.

He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar; He has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

He attended Dana College (now Rutgers University) for his Bachelor’s Degree.

He attended New Jersey Law School (now Rutgers University) for his Law Degree.

Memberships and awards include the Federation of Insurance Counsel; Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers; American Bar Association; New Jersey Bar Association; Essex County Bar Association; Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys (Martindale-Hubbell); and being awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating).
