Philip M. Lustbader & David Lustbader, P.A. is a small office specializing in civil litigation involving alleged personal injuries, property damage, workers’ compensation, subrogation and coverage questions. We do not take cases outside our area of concentration.

We do not bill for conferences between lawyers in our office to talk to each other. We know that different clients have different reporting requirements. We control costs. Our goal is to achieve a fair resolution of the case at a reasonable fee in the context of what is involved.

We have litigated automobile injuries, no-fault claims, dental malpractice cases, New Jersey State Dental Board complaints, fall down cases, OL&T litigation, medical malpractice, dog bite cases, burn cases, motorcycle cases, UM, UIM, PIP and any type of allegation involving an alleged injury or property damage.

We have filed Declaratory Judgment cases for insurance companies and defended them. We have monitored cases for excess insurers. We handle subrogation.

We handle appeals, mediations and binding arbitration.

We have litigated cases in all of New Jersey's 21 counties.
